FACTORY INSTALLATION

ACI main objective has been "to create a company which offers new and more personal service to the client than was previously possible.

 

This fact is possible thanks to count with some of the most modern and complete production plant in the agrochemical sector, not only at a national but also at an international level, as it boasts the most up-to-date in the sector, 100% automated and capable of manufacturing a wide variety different formulations.
Powder plants

Plants of this type exist: for insecticide, fungicide product, where the products are formulated with several formulations (WP, SP, WS, DS, DP, etc.)
The powder formulation facilities consist of a combination of spiral mixers for solids, where powders are mixed with carriers and additives, which confer the characteristics of suspensibility and Wettability necessary for application of the end- product on the crops.
Regarding the Dustable Powders formulation (DP), the specific installation for this type boasts a Specific Injector, which unloads the liquid over the carriers.
Once formulated, the products pass to the different packing facilities, consisting of several automatic packing- machines functioning in parallell and automized with the Labeling-machines, Gaskets and Packing-machines.
