FACTORY INSTALLATION

ACI main objective has been "to create a company which offers new and more personal service to the client than was previously possible.

 

This fact is possible thanks to count with some of the most modern and complete production plant in the agrochemical sector, not only at a national but also at an international level, as it boasts the most up-to-date in the sector, 100% automated and capable of manufacturing a wide variety different formulations.
Flowables plants

Installation of this type for insecticides and fungicides. In these installations, some of the formulations carried out are: FS, SE, SC among many more. The main characteristic of this installation is having ball mills in the humid phase for flowable products, which are aligned with the Emulsifier- machine and the deposits.

Once formulated, the products pass to the various packing facilities, consisting of several automatic packing- machines and functioning parallelly and automated with the Labeling-machines, Gaskets and Packing-machines.
The formulation of all the flowable family, not just "simple mixtures", requires a rigorous control of the productive processes allied sample experience and technological know- how.
